TERMS AND CONDITIONS Provisional Bookings We are happy to hold a provisional booking for one month. After this time bookings are released. Confirmation During the provisional booking period, if you wish to confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £175 to secure the reservation. The £175 will be taken off your final bill. If we do not receive a deposit then your booking will be removed from our diary once the 4 week period has lapsed. Details Approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding we will contact you and arrange an appointment to go over your day in detail. At this point in time we can discuss menus, drinks, entertainment and evening buffet. When creating your menu please select only one choice for each course. We can provide additional food choices for guests with food allergies and for vegetarian meals. Final Numbers and payment Final numbers are required two weeks in advance of your wedding day. On receipt of your final numbers we will issue an invoice. Payment in full is required in advance of your event. Cancellations If an event is cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be made:- Within 8 weeks of event 25% total charge Within 4 weeks of event 50% total charge Within 2 weeks of event 100% total charge Entertainment We can provide a disco through our resident DJ. Alternatively you can book your own. Brampton Heath Golf Centre reserves the right to insist on the use of its own DJ. Our DJ fees are:- £150 up until 11.30 and £175 up until 12.30. Bar Facilities We can provide a bar extension to 12.00 midnight. However if an evening buffet is not provided then your bar closing time will be 11.00. In each case your entertainment should finish half an hour after bar closing time. Sunday and Bank Holiday restrictions apply. Health and Safety Brampton Heath has a Health and Safety Policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the function complies with this. Damage The customer is responsible for any damage caused by the customer or the customers guests. Storage Facilities Wherever reasonably possible Brampton Heath will assist with storage of equipment etc but cannot accept liability for damage or loss.
