Our Aim at Brampton Heath is to be flexible and cater for a variety of budgets and appetites.

To suit your meeting requirements we have grouped together the packages as detailed below:-

ALL DAY PACKAGE 1

(AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OF 20 OR OVER ONLY)

This package includes conference facilities, room hire, equipment hire, stationery and refreshments

  • Coffee on arrival
  • Mid morning tea/coffee and biscuits
  • Lunch (Please select Menu 1, 2 or 3 on the attached Day Delegate Menu sheet). Lunch also includes tea and coffee
  • Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits

FULL DAY/HALF DAY PACKAGE 2

(AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OF 15 OR OVER)

Spike Bar Menu Pre order from our Spike Bar or Daily Specials menu on arrival . Good home cooked food.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Provisional Bookings

We are happy to hold a provisional booking for two weeks. After this time bookings are released.

Confirmation

During the provisional booking period, if you wish to confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £100 to secure the reservation. The deposit will be taken off your final bill. If we do not receive a deposit then your booking will be removed from our diary once the 2 week period has lapsed.

Details

Details for your event will be required two weeks in advance.

Final Numbers and payment

Final numbers are required two weeks in advance of your event. On receipt of your final numbers we will issue an invoice. Payment in full is required in advance of your event.

 

Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be made:-

From deposit payment up to 14 days before event Full Deposit

14-7 days before event 75% of charges

Up to 7 days before event Full charges

Health and Safety

Brampton Heath has a Health and Safety Policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the function complies with this.

Damage

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by the customer or the customers guests.
